I became an EFECS Customer in 2018 having no history with a new pony.  Clare’s advice has been instrumental in keeping my horse’s well.  My new horse also had a tapeworm issue.  Despite doing all the ‘right’ things I couldn’t fix it!  Clare was able to advise & help in a way no other would!   I have been on programmes with other companies before and never had this level of service.
